The end of product life is one of the most important levers of circularity.
Our design and development teams think about the end of life of our products from the garment creation process in order to guarantee an end-of-life plan with low environmental impact. Imagine what the product will become at the end of its life and not just what it will look like at the time of sale. This is the philosophy in which we place ourselves in the creation of each product.
The most eco-responsible products are those that last as long as possible.

In order to guarantee a sustainability approach, all our products are designed to last as long as possible, from the choice of raw material to the finishes, our experts push the limits of innovation to guarantee the best performance.
Thanks to the implementation of our Back To The Future program, our objective is to minimize the creation of excess consumption waste. Maintenance, repair and recycling, nothing has been left to chance.

REPAIR

Our ambition is to make our products last as long as possible, for you and for the planet.
A hole, a damaged seam or a loose cord?
If a product is damaged but repairable, we promise to restore it to extend its life. To offer you the best service we have established a partnership with Tilli Paris, a network of nearly 600 expert craftsmen, to set up a complete repair process for all of our products. In a world of finite material resources, their endless creativity will give your products a second life.


RECYCLING

From its design, each product meets strict specifications to allow the disassembly and recycling of your product.
Recycling being an energy-intensive process, it will only arrive as a final solution, if the garment cannot be repaired or upcycled. Each product is tested to determine its recyclable potential. If the material has not lost its strength and performance, our partner transforms it into yarn to make new fabrics. 1. CREATION OF A CIRCLE ACCOUNT

To make your repair request, regardless of where you purchased the product, you must have a Circlesportswear account.
If you don't have one, you can create one by following this link.
For any product purchased on our site, be sure to use the email address with which you placed your order.


2. COMPLETE THE FORM

Once this first step has been validated, you can make your repair request.
To do this, simply fill out the form below.
Detail the problem as much as possible so that we can support you as best as possible.
Once the form has been submitted, you will receive a response within 48 working hours.


3. WAITING FOR VALIDATION

Your repair request has been successfully recorded. You will receive a response within 72 working hours by email.
If it is validated, our partner Tilli will contact you by email.
You will then receive return instructions.
If it is refused, we will contact you by email.


4. YOUR REPAIR IS IN PROGRESS

The craftsman in charge of your repair will contact you directly to validate the intervention. This will be carried out within 3 to 7 working days. It will then be returned to you by post.

How long does it take to repair a product?

The repair is carried out within 3 to 7 working days, from the date of receipt of your product in the workshops.
Once the repair has been completed, it takes 2 to 3 working days for delivery.

The total procedure therefore takes on average 10-15 days.

How are products repaired?

The products are repaired by our partner Tilli.
These are local, French and expert craftsmen who repair your product.
They will contact you to validate the intervention.

Will the repair be visible?

Our experts will contact you to validate the intervention. So if the repair requires the addition of a patch, you will be able to communicate with the craftsman in order to communicate your expectations.

Where is the repair service available with Tilli?

The Tilli service is available throughout France by sending parcels.
